Since this week, our various T10 remote Smart Controller keeps rebooting randomly and constantly.
(V 01.00.0606 for 1 model, other RC we did factory reset but same issu)
It can reboot at any moments, when the drone is , or is not connected. in the air or not, when we are navigating the menu, or touhing the screen,
We discovered the High Quality flight plans from DJI Terra are the cause of the RC crashes.We now have to prepare and upload low quality flight plans in order for the remote not too crash...
please fix this, it is a very bad situation

Hi Dji Wanda.
Our RC remote are not defective. it is a software issue.
Please note the following
-we have 3 RC remote we can use with our DJI T10 (2 from 2023, 1 from 2022) - the bug is the same whichever remote we use
-we actually meet an other drone team that use T30 and they says since the last update the made, they have the same issue of self-rebooting RC

Please note the following
If so, you are advised to reset the RC and then refresh the firmware.
If the issue persists, please screenshot the firmware version of the remote controller and the aircraft, error messages, or a video for us.
