I'm facing a critical issue with the DJI O3 camera, the gyro data is shaky, so it is fine while the stabilization is off, but as soon as I turn it on it starts shaking on the roll axis. The goggle view isn't shaky though, only the recorded video both with Gyroflow and RockSteady.

I saw similar issues on YouTube and the solution was to glue the camera module, which I don't want to attempt, and set the ESC PWM frequency to 48Khz, which I did, it helped a bit but the issue persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll echo what Depp said.  Josh Bardwell noticed that as well with the frame he designed, where hard mounting the O3, the camera couldn't handle the vibration with stabilization on.
