Haha. Just thought: they can't be that fast! And went back to your storage facility shot - clearly not the same one...

I do remember this warehouse from an earlier photo - certainly getting on with it

If that is the same warehouse from 29 March that you posted then that is really fast work.  Great shot Charles.

Nicely framed with the skyline behind it.

There are two similar projects, both by the same company. This building the roof was half covered about a month ago.

Thank you. Unfortunately this is the only angle of the building that works, even though it's in shadow. The opposite side is the back, and there's a factory in front of it and the sides are so long that you need to be far away to get in the frame.

It's funny, I haven's seen anything on them yet.

I would have thought that I would have seen something by now in 7 visits.

Well, if they only run 3x per week or so, that is a very small chance.

You either need lots of luck, or you need to find a schedule. Which can come from many sources btw.
I'm not into US railroads too much, but I have gotten them online from people and also on site from people who worked there.
Or even from a webcam

They show as Active but due to grafitti artists, hobos and derelicts in the area they don't post schedules.

Same here. But still you can get some on websites with enthusiasts that collect them.
If you know where to look.
I just saw a post on FB from somewhere in the USA where one of the spotters talked about how he was notified about a train and had some 'home made' schedules from a forum.

So I guess, if you want to, there are probably sources you can use. But I'm no local, so I have no good place to start.
