I have a disability, and I'm looking to make a slight modification to the trigger on the motion controller 2 so I can operat it better.

Wondering if anyone has a 3-D model of the trigger from version 2 of the motion controller?

I tried looking but couldn't find one. Have you tried reaching out to DJI Support? If you can get in touch with the right person, they have STEP files and might be able to provide for use cases like this. They usually send these files to accessory manufacturers.
