Hello, there. After checking the video, you are advised to confirm and adjust in the following aspects:
a. Confirm that “Tilt Follow” has been disabled in the current Follow mode.
b. Increase the gimbal motor stiffness (adjustment suggestion: Test shoot footage after more than five uses and adjust the stiffness during the test shooting to confirm whether the gimbal performance complies with the shooting requirements. Higher stiffness is not necessarily better. The limit of adjustment is reached before the gimbal shakes/vibrates perceptibly).
c. Go to “User Profile” and set “Follow Speed” to “Slow” and “Deadband” to “High” (if the customer has tried this step, instruct them to press and hold the Trigger to enter the Lock mode before shooting).
d. Make sure to hold the grip in a forward-leaning position and try to keep the gimbal at the same height as you move.
e. Keep low the center of your body weight during the movement, take small steps like a cat, and land your heel first on the ground and then the full foot sole.
f. If the camera view shakes only due to the walking feel of the first-person perspective when the view shakes at the same frequency as walking after the above adjustments have been completed, use the video editing software later for further stabilization.
g. If the customer wants to minimize the shaking in the Z-axis direction, instruct them to purchase a third-party Z-axis damper support/Steadicam-like gimbal support system for use with the gimbal.
