A problem occurred the other day whilst working, the sound would not reach the camera fom the output port on the reciever. The levels were dancing fine but nothing reached the camera uing the appropriate lead. In desperation I plugged the lead into the headphone port and everything was working fine. My question is can I continue working this way as I never use the headphone port to monitor the audio, or should I request a replacement.
On a secondary note I have just got the shoe adaptor which works with the FX6. It obviously bypasses the XLR inputs but am I losing out on quality using this me3thod?
