I have my dji o3 air unit on my quad, im using dji remote controller 2, I experienced RX loss an it tumbled into the water, what can i do about this please

I am going to send it in, ive attached a video aswell thru the goggles, which shows the RX loss message pop up before it tumbles into water,
what will happen will it be replaced or repaired because it wasnt my fault, the RX loss as shown in the video pops up then it tumbles into the water
