According to this video the OA 3 30fps is actually 29.97 drop frame so is the Osmo Action 4 30fps actually drop frame as well?

Ya I saw that thread really doesn't answer my question on why the deity team says to use drop frame for the osmo action 3 (maybe 4 as well?) when using their timecode generator.
