v01.04.08.01 Gray is being released  what just noted only FPV  upgraded of some sort,  so tell  me what else is new with the May 2024 releasing

Lets see 1. Added Support for 4K for UVC and 25/30fps output
2. Active track and recording with DJI mic 2 with Livestream
3. Added FPV+ gimbal mode
4. Added option for Auto Power Off, never is Now
5. Adjusted the order of  the wearable ..
6. Optimized the Auto Foucs Proformance
and Bugs and issues


No mention of Reducing the prompting of the DJIM2


So I will stand By and wait  and see if its worth the DL .  I have the auto-focus hunting so that would be my reason to DL can not wait and hear what we Like/Dislike

not updated, live streaming mode does not work until updated

This breaks RTMP livestreaming mode. Only audio seems to be coming through.

Confirmed: firmware update breaks RTMP streaming indeed.

0 Kb/s video, audio is streamed.

Factory reset did not remedy this.

Live streaming does not work, it stops after 17 secs

I received a firmware upgrade notification and after updating, the RTMP streaming is not working.
When can I expect to receive a fix version?

I hope dji will check this issue  and quickly hotfix or rollback.

After the latest update to Osmo Pocket 3 FW Release v01.04.08.01, real-time RTMP live does not work properly.

A fix patch or rollback update is required.

I just cant believe it that you still cant tilt using joystick up/down while panning with hand in Tilt Lock mode... It still locks the facing of the gimbal... With all other gimbals it works.

I used both methods: sending the RTMP address directly to OBS or using it with a smartphone (iPhone).

If you broadcasted normally as RTMP in the previous firmware, after this latest update
There is a symptom that RTMP broadcasting does not proceed normally.

P3 FPV+ is actually the same like P1 / P2 FPV mode. It works now similar.

But gimbal orientation lock while tilting while panning problem is still there in Tilt Lock mode..

Is that like torch mode?

After going live in the app, it behaves the same as before, but

The timeline progresses after the live start, but is displayed in black on a separate broadcast screen.

It will be forced to stop within 10 to 15 seconds.

Generic RTMP to a regular RTMP ingest is the issue. I've not tested the social network implementations.

Setup doesn't matter. Both Android and iPhone. The issue is the camera, not the setup.

Honestly, you should have test units in your team.

Set up a RTMP live stream via the Mimo app (doesn't matter, if Android or iPhone), look at the resulting stream .. you'll find ... it's black.

Looking at the statistics of for example a NGINX with RTMP plugin proxy, the camera is only sending audio, but no video at all.

And yes, this was fully working before the firmware update.

Requesting videos on issues that are this simple to replicate is over the top. This should have been tested by your team before releasing the firmware in the first place.

As you can see in the last 2, 0 Kb/s for video, 341 Kb/s for audio. The video feed is not being transmitted.

Was it beta? I just opened mimo today and it said new firmware and I installed it. didnt know it was bad timing.

I dont have any gray options in mimo in about or any other place there. But it seems it still got it.

Since DJI pulled hte Firmware and  if they reload then we know what to expect, but if they repaired and fixed  itt hen we'll see a different fw version  on the Mimo as well stickied  here   and htat should be a week or so I bet  hope they resolved the concerns and promised to take care of the prompts I will not hold my breath on it

thanks for the feedback and we are working on a fix on this.

Is it safe to use the device for normal filming with Gray firmware? Since cannot downgrade it.

If DJI wants to go through the App to send you a Downgrade, they can,.  As mistakes are made,  they are fixing it they did say in a few days they would have released it and imagine the complaints then?

can not DL fw till usb type C i unplugged and same exact notes    so this is now called FW V01.04.802
