At the end of the day DJI shouldn't be advertising their drones to be flying over water less than 10M OR AT ALL, flying through rainforests where there are numerous potential obstacles the drone can face - this is only encouraging people to do these "cool things" and then when something happens to someones drone DJI turn around and say well "according to policy you can't fly more than a certain height over water, and you shouldnt be flying in places where obstacles can do harm to the drone i.e. rainforest. Its misleading. Regardless of whether you supply the drone - like our mates drone, dji still turn around and say there was no error. It just isn't clear. We followed all the rules, were well and truely above correct POLICY WATER LEVEL. Im telling you DJI, one day someone is going to take you for a spin in court with a damn good lawyer and your going to have a lot to answer for. Looking forward to all drones in the future that have a recall.
