Received my Ronin-SC today and I've been trying to get it to work correctly for the past four hours or so. I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong. I've balanced it correctly multiple times, receiving a score of "Excellent" in the DJI Ronin App.

The main problem I'm encountering is that, when I start to tilt the gimbal down, instead of remaining pointed forward, the camera starts to droop down with the gimbal. Then, when I start to bring the gimbal back up, the camera just seems to slowly dropp back up before hanging there. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, if I have a defective unit (it was purchased refurbished from DJI), if the Sony ZV-1 is too light, or if I'm just doing something incorrectly.

I've also used Auto Tune multiple times, which hasn't helped, and I have also lowered the stiffness to around 12 to account for the lighter camera (which I read about on the forum). Nothing has worked.

If anyone has any idea what the problem might be, I'd be immensely grateful!
