Hi Support,

I have been charging my DJI OM 4 SE for over 12 hours now. In the manual it said that once the device is charged it would stop charging and the lights would stop. It keeps scrolling through the three white lights.

Also, when I unplug it and start using it the third light on the right keeps flashing. I am not sure what is going on with my battery.

Can you please explain what is going on and what I need to do to trouble shoot this?

Hi, BrandonKNSS. Thank you for reaching out. Can the device be turned on normally? Is there any error when connecting DJI Mimo after the power is on? It is recommended that you do not charge it that long as you might have exhausted the battery. If it is not turning on, please provide us with a video showing the issue. Please keep us posted.
