I am new to the phantom 3 and the DJI go app but in looking around the app found the medals and several tabs for uploading information to accumulate medals. I have flown 17 flights and a couple miles but can not seem to get the app to upload any of that to my" tab". Have I just not set something up correctly?  Running on iPhone 6+

Have you  uploaded your flights? The go-app lets you upload to the cloud and then you get your medals ;)

Hi, the medals and experience levels are based on the flight record on the server, in order to get the correct medals, you need to upload your flight records. DJI GO->flight record(left top corner)->upload cloud icon.

Yes, over the past months it seems that this feature is updated only occasionally here too. Everything else seems OK so don't worry, it will update in time...

The update on the server is not in time, it will be refresh periodically.

On my experience, now it is from first days of February that it does not update, but from 15 of January till that first days of February it was updating every day.

Please provide your flight account, I will let the engineers help you check it. By the way, please provide a screenshot of your flight record page to indicate your current status.

Ok, however yes, the email I used to register at forum is the same of that one of DJI account.
