[size=14.6667px]In a Galaxy Android 5.0.1 DJI GO version 3.0.1 works ok and dispays map.

So DJI Go again, one step forward and two back........

Tried on both iPad Pro 9.7 and iPhone 6s plus.

Ditto the above.  3.0.2 reports "No GPS Signal" on a dark gray/black screen on mine as well with iOS 10.1.1.

More odd is you can press the 'forward arrow' and it will move as if it were playing back the flight (sans map), then hit the control sticks and it shows them both in blue with a full down stick as well as a full left stick on both.  Screen is still gray and no map though.

Yep.  It's broken.

So how do I get back to 3.0.1?

Seems to be date specific, I synced all my flights (and lost a few by the look of it), Flights from start of October onwards are reporting "No GPS", Flights up to the end of September are playing okay.

Same here.

ALL October flights other than one are gone!  The one remaining shows NO GPS and no map.

September flights are there and play.

Guess I'll have to go out and see if it will work for November flights before I try and figure out how to roll back to 3.0.1.  There is a YouTube of doing it though Apple Store, but it is a real mess of editing the Store with a secondary app to get it.

I got back to 3.0.1 (2726) via iTunes on the desktop where I backed up prior to the 10.1.1 iOS upgrade to the iPad.  I just deleted the DJI Go on the iPad, opened iTunes, Apps and the old DJI Go was there and set it to Install.  Sync & Done.  Pretty quick.

However, bad part is that doing that erased ALL flight records too.  Clean slate.

You may have a recent backup on iCloud, or in iTunes that you could restore.

Oh snap. Just pressed "update all" on the appstore and Go 3.0.2 was in it. Hopefully it'll be raining today as a reason to not flying.

Any response, DJI? Please hurry.

Same issue here too - when opening a flight log, I get a brief flash of the UK map and then the whole screen goes grey with "no GPS signal" across the middle. You can still press the play button and the time cursor moves along but no change to the grey screen at all.

I've tried force closing the app, rebooting the iPad and also did a hard reset with the home/power button combination but the issue still remains.  Also tried swapping between the two craft I gave craft in the app (Phantom 4/Phantom 3 Pro) without any effect on the issue.

Really ?!  i will immediately disable DJI Go update.

Have you tried to reinstall the app or syncd the flight records again?

     This is kind of strange.  There is no iOS download for DJI GO version 3.0.2 on the downloads page for P4 and P3P.  I do not have an iOS device but constantly check to see if there is an upgrade.  Last check was 12:00 AM Hawai'i time (Central Pacific I guess).

Mine are 100% gone, but I uninstalled and reinstalled 3.0.1 via iTunes on the computer backup and sync.   Now it's like I never had GO prior and I had to log in with email and password all over.

Once again, a complete failure from DJI.
This company has absolutely and definitely no pride and no respect for the customers.

I new better than to update the app, just my gut feeling.  Figured if the app update works anything like the Mavic, it's worthless.  Still on 3.0.1 and no issues with P4.  DJI- this whole Mavic situation has been a huge disappointment.  Not buying one.  P4 will be my last.

i think i would put lightbridge on my f550 flamewheell before i bought new!

Flying with IPAD Mini 4 with wifi & 4G/LTE. Updated to DJI Go V 3.0.2 today and everything is flying & working flawlessly. Never even restarted the Mini 4.

Mine is running great after using 3 batteries to 50%. I did lose all my flight logs

You "auto update" brave guys should have realized by now that you are our beta testers!  

Thanks for reporting your woes, and for all your sacrifices ! {:4_157:}so the rest of us, manual updaters, can wait, till you report that a good version came out, so we can update too!

I am staying with 10.0.1 and RC1.8 and the latest firmware; but I am using iphone and it works well.I think the RC1.8 and ap 10.0.0 issue was affecting android devices, so maybe the 10.0.2 update to fix android, messes up ios?

     How can you say "complete failure" like that.  You are failing as a customer.  If you keep acting like that you are justifying bad behavior in return.  You should sell all your DJI products and go with some other company, after all you say the DJI failure is complete!

     The 10.0.1 is the iOS operating system version.  The only place I have seen DJI GO ver. 3.0.2 is on the Mavic Pro web page, downloads page.  Android does not have access to DJI GO ver. 3.0.2 yet, even on the Mavic Pro, downloads page.  So how are the iOS guys getting DJI GO 3.0.2?

     RC ver. 1.8.0 is still giving me problems, so I am rolled back and slowly testing as I try to get current.  Currently at RC ver. 1.6.0.

     I wonder if the KARMA guys are playing Krishna and planting bad versions of DJI GO 3.0.2 out there for DJI customers who are not using the DJI Web Site to download DJI GO since they got their KARMA okoles kicked so badly.  Hmm!?!

On almost every DJI Go update new problems and bugs appear.
I have a lot of apps on my iPad and all of them are updated when an update is available. With DJI Go I always wait a few weeks to be sure I'll not be grounded.
If you think it is normal to be a beta tester for a company I'm happy for you. But this is not my "religion".
For everything related to aviation (and flying a quad is related to aviation) I have zero tolerance !

How many times must you do this to your customers DJI?   No quality control.  This isn't how you're going to take over the world.

     So, like I said, sell everything and go with another company that is not a complete failure.  Otherwise you just sound like a hypocrite.  We have no need to listen to you belly ache about your failure as a customer.  You appear to have no concept of what you are dealing with.  Plus, if you are unable to fly DJI products safely, then you are dangerous.  You owe it to the world to sell and get out.  So go.  We can fly safely.  You are compromised.

Fwiw, iOS 10.1.1 is the newest from Apple.  The 10.0.x series screwed up the barometer in the cellular models that have one.  In Autoflight, they use the phone/tablet's barometer for the "follow-me" up and down hills portion, etc. so it wasn't working for altitude changes.  With 10.1 it is working again.  That was an Apple screw-up.

The DJI GO 3.0.2 is a "No GPS Signal" screw-up in the flight folders and review along with possible deletions of prior flights.  At lest 3.0.1 was and is working for me now that I recovered it.  I just need to turn off Auto Updates though...

Restarting helped my situation. But I was lucky to have a second device also synced previously so I could almost put everything back at normal.

When I synced flights using 3.0.2 it erased/"NO GPS" all my november flights (I always choose 1 month sync).

I usually fly with my iPad and I tried to sync from there. I had also my flights synced to my iPhone (with 3.0.1). What I did was restart both devices and sync my iPhone (which had everything so far) and then sync my iPad (which had deleted november). November flights appeared back on iPad, nothing was erased from iPhone, and all seems in order EXCEPT the "Growth of value" which increased as if I synced additional flights.

The stats (distance, time, max distance, etc) seem to be ok.

It's a bug in the 3.0.2 iOS version.

Stay with 3.0.1 to avoid the "No GPS Signal" and erasure of your flight logs matter.

May I know have you tried to restart your mobile device, connect the internet and sync flight records again?

So, I did not realize it, but my iPad Air 2 (128 GB, wi-fi only) updated my DJI Go app five days ago to v3.0.2 and I have flown 5 times since.

Everything is fine and I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary.

However, I have NOT updated my iOS to 10.1.1. I think I'll hold off on that update until later.
p.s. I have a P4 with version 01.02.0503 and remote controller is at version 1.8.0

I have the iPad Air 2 + Cellular with the 3.0.2 bug.  Back to 3.0.1 and it is OK.

Running 10.1.1 now too.  The 10.0.1 and 10.0.2 had a bug with the cellulars where the internal iPad barometer would not be recognized by sundry apps that used it.  10.1.1 fixed that, but it was an Apple bug there and they fessed up to it.

Now to wait for GO 3.0.3 to fix the current 3.0.2 bug in the iPad Air 2 + Cellular.
