Has anyone else seen this where you use active track with the gimbal on a tripod and the gimbal starts to rock noticeably forwards and backwards?

It makes active track alsmost impossible to use.

In my opinion your test approached the issue backwards. Try it again and move the watch (the subject to be tracked) instead of the Osmo.

I tried both ways and it's the same, mainly because the wobble occurs as soon as you select the object to be tracked, it's actually nothing to do with the motion of the gimbal.

Perhaps the initial wobble is just aligning the tracking quadrilateral. Does the wobble continue after the initialization?

Watched video again. Still say your test is not related to purpose of Active Tracking. The subject is too close. Try doing a video of a real situation like following a person  or pet at least 8 or 10 feet away.

the issue of rocking also happens when you are doing a M-Timelapse video, when you do more than 2 points the gimbal shakes rapidly when it goes from the second to third point...really weird, gimbla calibration does not fix this, and the balance of the phone is just fine. Any body experiencing the same?  Any words from DJI moderators on this issue would be appreciated! Thanks!

Also does it on a fixed time-lapse.
