DJI Technical Support: I bought several items for DJI, Phantom 4 pro, accessories and 5 batteries, of which 3 have arrived bad from factory, have never worked. I already sent a bad battery (case CAS-504807-K8C1D9), I ran with all, the shipping cost and I had to wait almost 2 months to get another new battery. Today I have another case open (No .: CAS-679223-V6X9Y3) for other 2 batteries that have never worked. I have explained that I am working into an important project in Venezuela, shipping from Venezuela is not easy and you have only been told to wait for the shipping label ... .. (which should have arrived a week ago and still does not arrive) I am not going to pay the shipping costs again (in Venezuela these are $ 200 via UPS) because I am already spending more than the batteries, if I keep sending the bad parts that came from your factory I will be able to buy a new DRONE ....
