I am new to this world of drones.

I think that the Mavic is very nice, and i am considering to boy one. But it looks as if there are a lot of errors on this one? Is it better to buy a Phantom 4 insted?

Hi DK, Most of them, both Mavic and P4, have absolutely no errors…those are the ones you don’t hear about!

I have both and the Mavic wins hands down for versatility, range and portability.

Good luck and enjoy once you have made your mind up.

If it's photography/video your looking for P4Pro, but Mavic is a great craft most have very little problems with both.

As others have stated,  "a majority of Phantoms/Mavics have no issues".  You deciding factor in selecting either the Phantom or Mavic should be picture quality vs portability.

It's simple it just comes to 2 things.
Image quality and portability.

After the Phantom 2 i can say portabiltity for me is key.
I hated travelling with an extra bag for the Phantom.

And image quality of the Mavic is good,...not perfect but good enough for what i want.
