Can anyone explain how to get the lid off a P4 battery please?

I have a dud battery and have seen on the net that it may be possible to revive it. If I can get it apart without wrecking it, it is worth a go rather than just binning it without trying.

     Is the battery still under warranty?  DJI will replace batteries that fail while under warranty.

     The screws on the sides at the top are only for the High Capacity Batteries.  The regular P4 batteries do not have that screw.  I have no idea how to get the top off of those batteries!

How long have you had the battery? If it's still within the warranty period, DJI can replace it for you.

Whats DJI warranty period for Phantom batteries

Thanks for the response people. It is the 5350 which has no screws on the side and it is out of its warranty period.

The warranty period is 6 months.

It seems I got lucky. As I bought the unit second hand, I knew nothing of its history. I have checked with DJI & it turns out it is still under warranty so it has been sent for repair.
Must say too that DJI were easy to deal with.
