HELP! I sent in my remote because it would not charge. I received an e-mail on 5/30 stating that a replacement would be sent in 7 days. When I check online it says Verified. My case number is CAS-654290-M4W0G3. When can I expect the remote. I have a wedding that I had planned to film the outdoor reception next weekend!
