Hi, i have a have a challenge in charging the Remote Controller...the light only go upto the second bar and not the four bars...is there a way i can charge or reset my remote controller

How long have you had the unit? Is this happening right out of the box, or after a firmware update?

I have had since september 2016 when i bought it from DJI China. I have updated once but am not sure whether thats when it started misbaving or not...but the current situation is that it does not charge to 4 bars it ends at 3 bars.

I have the same problem only charges to 2 bars

Dji please help me, i cant charge my Remote controller to 4 bars...what should be done
