My PH3P got the old stress crack problem.
It's on case number

CAS-679675-Z5S6D4

Any chance you can take alook at it and give it a kick, how long does it take to replace a plastic case?

I notified the appropriate team in order to get this sorted for you. In general, though, it is an approximate 10 day turnaround time from the day it's been checked in, so you are getting close to the end of this process with minimal intervention. You'll be up and running again soon.
