Hi DJI and everyone,

I have a problem with updating the aircraft with the latest firmware (.0800). I have tried both OTA directly from the app numerous times as well as via DJI Assistant 2 on my PC.
The controller is on the latest firmware (checked with DJI Assistant 2).
I have managed to get to .0550 but any further seems undoable. Update keeps failing. Error LOG is reported.

I am wondering, what is the solution to this?

When you are using Assistant 2 to do the update, at what point does it fail?
Sometimes it can fail when the Mavic has to do a restart and the PC does not recognise that it has restarted. Usually due to drivers not being installed.

It fails at 54% when using the DJI Assistant 2 and at 74% when using the DJI Go 4 APP.
I believe it has nothing to do with drivers as the .0550 went through successfully...

I read somewhere that others have experienced this and DJI appear to have some "fix-firmware" to get past this...

OK. If that is the case then I think you may need to go back to an older firmware like 0.0350 but you would probably need to contact support to get the older firmware. I think that DJI Mindy has helped others in the past.

Sorry for the inconvenience, please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V01.03.0350.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version, it will be working.
