I have captured some videos and obviously they were recorded well as I have them in live screen and could save in phone in 720dpi. What I missed were their relative 4K videos in SD card coz there were nothing inside when I returned home and retrieved them by my mac.

Flight record shows no image but had recorded the route I flew. I don't know it's the camera problem or anything wrong happened during the synchronization. Anyone got similar experiences and resolutions ?

Some how your SD card did not record. It might be a corrupted card. Try it on another device and also try a different card and see. I also always keep an eye on the vidoe and picture count on the second row top right of the screen. It tells yoiu how many images and or vidoes you card can still handle.

Are you sure you actually recorded the video? Are there copies on your phone?
