Has anyone had any similar problems to the Obstacle Avoidance for front and back kicking in at randomly during flight?

Or takeoff - my Phantom can not move with Obstacle Avoidance 100% enabled when 5 metres away from the nearest object - is this normal?

Never used to do this on the Firmware previous to the last v01.03.

I have to disable Front and Back Obstacle Avoidance to take-off, 2-3 metres proximity flying and even flying normally with no objects near by whatsoever, so yes this is somewhat annoying
