Since the latest DJI GO Update for the Inspire 1 etc. I am no longer getting the MAPS loading on any of my IPADS--IPAD Mini 4-IPAD PRO 9.7 on my new IPAD PRO 10.5--

If I delete the App and reinstall it they are there-next time I go to use the App they are gone no maps--I have the Maps casched in the background in the App and I have WIFI and Cellular available--Happens every time!!

Any one else seeing this or have any suggestions how io remedy it?

I have a v20 LG Android and it loads the Map, so on my end its looks the IOS Ipad mini there is an issue but I do not use the Mobile phone when flying. Thanks

Same here works on Android phone & tablets --no Iphone to test only IPADS 4 of them and after reload of App it works then close out of app and no Maps again ---Happens every time!!

Update All Ok with this New version 3.1.13 App

Just installed latest software DJI Go for ipad mini 4 - and all works OK


Just a thought, have looked in Settings / Location on the iOS iPad mini or iPhone? See if they are turned on for the App.
Worth a try.

Hello DJI Mindy I did a uninstall and reinstall of the Go App on Ipad Mini and that fixed the issue. Please note that just an update did not.
