I cannot get the XT Pro App to work on my inspire 1.  I have the latest version of IOS running on a i pad pro 9.7".   I tried reloading the app and it did not work.   I have the 640 x 512 radiometric thermal camera.   

Any Ideas?

I have contacted our engineer who is testing the APP, I will come back to you once I hear from them, appreciate your patience.

the same here. XT 640 Radiometric on I1P and iPad Air. all latest firmware and the app wont connect

The iOS app is not working for me, either. It just says "Pending" in the status bar (top left).

It is working though with the DJI Go app.

I don't know if Mindy got a response from the engineer since she have not updated this thread, but I got the following response by mail from DJI Support:

"Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support.

Sorry for the trouble. The DJI XT Pro is still under optimization at the moment.
Please kindly update the DJI GO app the latest version and use it instead.

Many thanks for your understanding."


I think it is a bit more than optimizing to do, since it does not even connect to the aircraft. Obviously the app was not even beta tested before public release. We are many beta testers who can help DJI out with making better quality releases, if they only ask, if they only communicate.

Hopefully these issues will be solved quickly.

Which APP do you run? Please check if DJI Go has the same problem, thanks.

alguem com uma dica , ja troquei cabo flex gimbam , so funciona camera da imagem, normal a placa da camera esquenta muito mais o gimbal nao funciona
