i going to Spain in November and i think, can i take my Mavic with me and fly around in Spain or can sombody help me to understand the law for drones in Spain?

i go to Alicante and i think to rent a car so i can get nice shoots around "none citys"

The use of a dron for recreational use or as a hobby does not require any qualification. However mandatory minimum safety standards such as:

Before using a dron, it must always be in sight (and never over 500 meters) and must not exceed 120 meters in height.
You can not fly urban areas or agglomerations of people
You can not fly at night
It is prohibited to fly drones near airports or aerodromes, as well as to fly drones in areas where flights are carried out with other aircraft at low altitude and endanger others.

Es una legislación compleja y poco clara, pero para el uso recreativo habitual estos son los aspectos más importantes de la normativa de drones en España:

¿Dónde puedo volar mi drone?
Si pesa más de 250 g, no deben sobrevolarse agrupaciones de edificios. Tampoco en zonas habitadas como pueblos o reuniones de personas en exteriores. Los drones más ligeros podrán hacerlo a una altura máxima de 20 metros en estas situaciones.

El drone deberá volarse a una distancia mínima de 8 km de aeropuertos o aeródromos. En cualquier caso, fuera de espacios aereos controlados. Siempre evitando espacios donde vuelen otras aeronaves o donde se realicen vuelos a baja altura.

En cualquier caso, recuerda que eres responsable de los posibles daños que tu drone pueda causar, por este motivo se recomienda un seguro de responsabilidad civil.

¿A qué altura máxima puedo volar mi drone?
La altura máxima permitida para volar un drone en España es de 120 metros, siempre dentro del alcance visual del piloto.

¿Puedo volar mi drone de noche?
Sí, a una altura máxima de 50 metros. A no ser que tu drone pese más de 2 kg, en cuyo caso solo podrá volarse de día.

In Spain, the only legal website to consult flight restrictions is www.enaire.es, which is the Spanish air navigation manager. Any other website may not provide accurate real-time restrictions, not only in protected areas.

There are natural areas that are protected in different ways at a legislative level. I don't know what your level of Spanish is, but you can request a special permit from the corresponding authority when planning a flight, if you click on the zone it will indicate and redirect you to that authority.
