Everything on the OSMO works perfectly fine except the slow-mo. Whenever I record in slow-mo mode with my iPhone 6 and 7 plus, it's really glitchy such as the camara trying to focus every 2 seconds. Do I need to update the firmware of my OSMO? Please help me
Could you please inform us the firmware version of your Osmo Mobile? The firmware must be up to date. If the problem persists, please upload a short video to Dropbox and post the link here.

Hey,
Sorry for responding late but the updated firmware that I have is 1.6.0.80. After updating the firmware, I am still experiencing the focus problem in slo-mo. Here is the requested video of the issue. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8BT9fWOrG5wQ1pCdllQdVU5MjQ/view?usp=sharing Hope this video is helpful. Thank you for your time.
Thank you for your information, when you take slow motion video, please lock the AE/AF by long pressing the screen, there will be ''AE/AF Lock''. Then the camera will not auto focus all the time, please have a try.

I have done the following steps and I noticed that when filming, there is an obvious jitter every few seconds. Here is a video showing the problem. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8BT9fWOrG5wOW80NmQ5dVNsTEU
Thank you so much for your help
The video you sent is not the original version, how about other video? I mean the normal video? Can you see if the gimbal shaking during operation? Both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 have the same problem?
