Very little of it was fireworks, and the camera went out of focus right after the fireworks started.  Put it in manual focus mode and set it one time for those night shots and then leave it.  Also run a little higher ISO, it was a little dark for the night shots.

I actually didn't make this just for the fireworks, it was for the complete day. But I appreciate the suggestion anyway.
Also, I did have it on manual and was told to have it set at 1600, but while the fireworks were going it was super blurry so I moved it back to about 800. Not sure what was going on..
