I purchased and received my DJI Goggles. I am not satisfied with the ergonomic quality. Specifically and most importantly, the range of focus is not great enough. I have the focus range moved all the way in and the screen is still not in good focus. I have relatively normal eye sight and do not wear glasses.

In addition when the screen is adjusted so that it is closest to the face (in order to block external light am not able to see all of the screen (controls.) I have requested a refund for this product and wil wait for a possible redesign.

That is not a focus button... that is an eye distance button... if you require reading glasses to read it would be recommended to use them with the goggles. It looks like the focus distance is only set to be around 10 inches away.

I'll follow to see the turnout on this refund.

I also had the same issue concerning focus issues and requested a refund. It has been 10 days since I returned the product but no updates so far.
