Tried everything, firmware is up to date, calibrates most everything but I am still getting soft images on the left side of the picture. I believe it's the sensor. Anyone else fix this issue yet?  @Dji???? Yes I have tested meltiple lenses to the same result.

What do you mean by "soft images" -- are you referring to slightly blurred compared to crisp in the rest of the image?

We don't have X5S, but when we did receive our X4S, there was actually glue (I'm guessing) that was smudged in a part of the lens cover.  I would assume you've checked for anything that would be blurring it in that way -- similar to putting vaseline over the top of your lens -- but it's worth a shot.

Speaking as a photographer now, with digital SLR cameras, when we have sensor-related issues, they generally manifest as clusters of "broken" pixels.  I'd be curious to know what the cause of your issue is.
