Perhaps someone can explain to me what are the finer differences between Cinematic vs Tripod flights ?

Both to me, seem to simply slow down and smoothout movements of the drone to provide a steady picture, that's my basic understanding.

Tripod mode is way slower than Cinematic Mode. Does anyone know the actual speed (MPH) limitations of the Mavic when in Tripod mode? The MPH seems to hover around 2 MPH

I'd like to know what the specific settings are for the EXP, Sensitivity, Gain when you are in different intelligent modes.

Also, do the Gimbal settings change with the different intelligent modes?

My experiences with cinematic mode are that the AC can move fairly rapidly but the stick and gimbal responses are dampened to create a smoother transition.  You need to use caution in cinematic mode especially when obstacles are involved as stopping and turning are also dampened.

I typically only  use tripod for stills or slow pans.  Slow movement is helpful in positioning the shot.

Tripod is also great for landing on a tight spot ;)
