So it seems cell 1 isn't looking too good. Would a deep cycle improve  cell 1? Or what about completely draining the battery? It's crazy  because all I did was hover around. Didn't stress the battery at all.  Hmmm...

My experience is that deep cycling wouldn't work. I have tried it a a no of times for one used battery inherited from my purchase. Rather if you have a look battery charger that can monitor each cell, you can pop over the top and balance it manually by charging that cell up.

So draining it completely and charging it up won't work? I'll try it though. The same battery gave me a cell 1 broken error last summer. I drained it completely and charged it up. It fixed it. Maybe I gotta do that again with this battery? I think this battery is just messed up lol.

Good Lipo battery should be manufactured with stringent selection of cells with matching characteristic. If they are not matched within spec then, some cells internal chemistry may be stronger or weaker than the rest and resulting in voltage difference when charging and discharging.
