I paid you almost € 6,500 for the copter.
After your firmware update copter get really crazy and i even press anything button and it flew straight to the tree and I will pay you
€ 600 for that? This is not fair at all.
I have been flying the copter over 5 years, and never any other copter did not make the same kind of going crazy.

I see. Really sorry for the delay. I have escalated your concern to local team to expedite the process.
Could you please answer Diana's question and provide us the date of the accident. Make sure the flight records have been synced successfully. And the video as well if you have took during the flight.

I am going to Norway this week for one month and i want my inpsire2 back before that. I´ve been sent flight record and photos to DJI. I dont have video because because i did not have time to press the button. Inspire 2 went crazy immediately after takeoff...
