I paid you almost € 6,500 for the copter.
After your firmware update copter get really crazy and i even press anything button and it flew straight to the tree and I will pay you
€ 600 for that? This is not fair at all.
I have been flying the copter over 5 years, and never any other copter did not make the same kind of going crazy.

I'm sorry that you didn't request data analysis when you fill the repair form, so the quotation was sent to you directly after damage assessment, I have informed local appropriate team to apply data analysis  for you, appreciate you patience.

Do these teams ever win ?

So far I see nothing but losing after the latest firmware / app updates..

I'm seeing the DJI javelin team taking the field and they have decided to receive...

I am going to Norway this week for one month and i want my inpsire2 back before that. I´ve been sent flight record and photos to DJI. I dont have video because because i did not have time to press the button. Inspire 2 went crazy immediately after takeoff...
