In all my "accidents" it seems that the most damaged area is the part that surrounds the camera. Is there a rubber / plastic protector that does not prevent the gimbal from working properly?  Thank you very much!

You can buy "Cirular Polarising Filters" and ND filters for the Spark which basically just protect the lens.

How this can help you with protecting the camera if it connect to the ginbal. And this good can be responsible for gimbal overload

Go for the gimbal protector from Amazon. I just got mine, you wont regret it I promise. DJI should be shipping the spark with these on them in my opinion. I also have the glass protectors and these work as they should, perfect fit, you cant even see them on there and they will protect the front parts just in case, you also get two of them in the pack.

Look at my new post for the gimbal/sensor protector. Good bit of kit and does the job well.
