Hello,

I'm hoping the moderators can give me some help. Ordered the Focus Handwheel on 6/28 for an upcoming job. Site says that item will be shipped 1-3 business days after confirmed payment. Well, it's been 2 weeks and I'm told that the item is sitting in the warehouse waiting to be picked up for delivery. Job is in 7 days, and apparently no other retailers are carrying this item. Can anyone help get my item out of the warehouse and on it's way to me??? I do need the item, but this is very frustrating.
