Is the scratch on the lens itself? Were you involved in a crash?
No,i did not involve in crash.they are not really scratched lines but more like some spots at the bottom of the lens.Just notice those recently. However they do not affect the image though
Please see the image attached, you can see the white spots, they are not dust, I have also tried cleaning with vaseline and toothpaste (internet trick to remove scratches). Not sure what they aare but cannot be wiped off.

We saw your post on Facebook and have reported it to engineers.
Since the footage is fine, no worries.

Hi Natalia,a guy from facebook hint that this could be fungus, just to be sure i have sent to DJI retailer in Vietnam: Flycampro.vn to check.Hopefully will have result soon.
I wonder if: It is really fungus,do I have to ask the retailer send back to DJI to fix?
Thank you,

I will update it for you if I get the confirmation from engineers.
Hi Natalia,
The retailer here did the test and they told me it's the scratches. I guess could be because of the branches when I was doing Helix test (See the end of the video attached). Anyway, if it is the case, then I am cool with it since I was at fault here
If, it develops more in the future, then I guess it is definitely the fungus, then I will contact you for more details.
In the meantime, also great if can have some feedback from your engineers. If you can, please send them the video to see if those small branches can make scratches like that?
Thank you for your support.
Hi Natalia,
Just to let you know that I have managed to figure out it is cosmetic issue, not the fungus on the glass.
I have tried to apply some protective film and the sratches vanished.
Just let you know so that you can close this case , however, I must admit that your engineers really take long time for feedback.
Thank you,

For now, or you can by a filter to cover.
Or you have to send back to DJI for repair, I don't think they sell that separately.
I had a bad crash where the external cover of the camera scratched. I found a product called "NOVUS 1 2 3 PLASTIC POLISH SET SCRATCH REMOVER CLEANER" and had good results.

I had an accident this weekend and will try this product because the lens also scratched a bit. Thanks!
