Hi.

I just purchased a second hand Inspire 1. While reading adds I saw a note saying someting like "upgraded props, won't get lost while airborne as the old ones do" The one I got has the original, assume "old ones". Should I be concerned?
Thanks!

Do you know what version you have? Inspire 1 V2 should have the updated props 1345T quick release hubs.

If you have the I1 V1 it could be the first spin-on props that will need to have the prop locks the fit over them once installed. Or it could have the first version of the QR props....

Anyway. I personally never had any issues with the props supplied from the beginning. The main thing is to be sure you have them installed correctly and you check them before flying.

I would recommend purchasing the new 1345LS prop hubs and 1345T props, if you don't have them already

I agree with Rich, the new LS hubs and T props are the way to go. You might have to put, for instance, some black electrical tape on the red hubs to get a snug fit for the props.

I would only use the Props with locks on them if it is the original Inspire 1
