37 successful flights with no problems. Excellent distances and altitude. Suddenly tonight, I reach max distance/ altitude of 90 ft and drone will not go past this limit. I am not in beginner mode and distance/altitude are set to max on GO app. Have no idea what's going on or how to fix. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

New update enabled a geo-fence. Are you logged in to the app?

Try logging out and log back into the account after update.

Logged out, updated app, logged back in, took a very quick test flight and I think the problem is solved. I'll test again tomorrow. Thanks everyone.

I had this same problem occur today for me, and I've tried logging out and back in and reinstalling the app. For some reason, this did not help. What else could I do to fix this?

What version of Go app and/or FW is it ?  I have the FW 1.9.0200 and the Go app 3.1.18 without any issue with range. I´d update the Go app first and then the FW for the copter after that i ´ve been log out automatic and had to log in. The beginner mode was in and i took off this. The limitation was gone.

Where do you find what go app version you have installed ?
I have had the same limiting flying after I had no problems with prior. I have logged out and back into my go app but have been unable to fly my P3S , so dont know if it resolved it.

Also, I noticed when I logged in  is didn't default to begginer , isn't is suppose to after u log out ?

Power all devices on,RC AC and then phone/tab with Goo app tab the camera bar and then the upper right corner the settings. Slide up to the info. Tab on it and you can read the FW AC > 1.x.xxxx FW RC 1.x.xxxx SN xxxxxxxx and then the go app version 3.x.xx.  I did not log out of my own,the app did it for me and then i had to log in.

I'm having the same problem, I logged out, then logged in. I erease the apk, I installed again.. and still the problem.. I don't think it's a hardware problem.. I've been reading many people is having the same issue..

So your saying after I hike 6miles to get to a safe place (per Canadian law) to fly my AC, I find out I'm limited to the 30/50. And can log out of my go app but can't log in because my tablet doesn't have internet or a WiFi connection, Im stuck with the 30/50, until I hike 6 miles back and connect to my internet and then hike another 6 miles back to my safe spot and find out I still... CRAZY I SAY!

I had the same distance / height issue. I uninstalled the Go app, reinstalled the app thru Playstore,..logged back in and everything is working GREAT..!!

Restart every thing and go to all default settings
