Hi. For some reason my controller wouldn't charge after the 3rd time after use. I contacted support and the whole time to send my controller back and having a replacement took around two weeks.
It looks as if it wasn't repairable as I've had a Brad new replacement.
Bonded the new controller and just waiting for a nice day to test the system.
