Here is a detail of the modification needed to the DJI Stock case to fit the Inspire 2 with the Heliengadin folding CF props.
     It is a little tricky and a Multi tool works best to cut the foam. If you don't have one, or can't borrow one, I suggest going to a tool rental place and rent one. I tried an X-acto knife first, which cut ok, but the blade was not long enough and accessibility is an issue.
     All cutting is done to the lid of the case. It needs to be cut until the bird will sit fully into it. (Upside down of course) There is actually quite a bit of foam that needs to be removed.

Also in the process I found out that there really is a metal frame to these cases.
Although a bit off center.
