So today was the first time in a little while that I've flown the P4 Pro+. And since I last had it up in the air it has had the recent firmware update.

So tonight I could only reach a distance of (height) approx 90ft and (horizontal distance) approx 140ft.

As you'll probably be aware, this is useless distance with which to do any useable filming/photography considering it's a drone. So, my question is this: How do you turn off this useless restriction? I have checked in the settings and the drone was definitely OFF beginner mode.

Please check if both radio controller and aircraft are at the latest version. They must be at the latest versions to avoid incompatibility and this kind of behavior

Just to verify, have you logged in your account on the RC's DJI GO 4 app?

I have P4P+ too. I have to exit the GO4 app each time I swap a battery otherwise it limits me as above too.

Hi all. Thanks for the replies. Question: how can you log in to Sky Pixel if you're 'out in the field' without wifi?

I have logged out and back in ok at home, but how would this be possible on a mountain or somewhere remote without internet? I have two batteries so always put a fresh one in once one has drained. Having to log in to get the maximum distance sounds like a nightmare!!
