Hi All, I just picked up my Spark last week. So far it's been great but one thing I've noticed is that I do not get an audible sound when I get to the Low Battery percentage. I get the Message warning me of low battery but no sounds like my Mavic. Has anyone else had this and is this expected?

Have you got your phone muted? i noticed i dont get the beep if my iphone is on silent or the sound is turned down.

I had this also on an android phone.
Not so sure why as I only checked the volume for flight the next day... so it was probably my fault.
Good ehancement from DJI Go4 app would be to check the phone volume and give a visual warning (don't know if that's possible from phone API)

I had no messages for homepoint, takeoff, low battery, RTH...

Maybe also critical event could get a sound through the RC (not sure if this is already the case or not for RTH)

I also have no warning beep at low battery, all the other work fine (iOS).

Thanks but that's not it, my phone was not muted. I get the visual alerts but no sound at all....very odd

Same problem, no audible battery sound for low battery. I noticed it on my first flight with the Spark a few days ago, thought it was just me. Took it out again today made sure the phone had the volume right up and I can hear sounds for take off and obstacle avoidance, but nothing for low battery. I have my battery warning set to 30% on my first flight and  I was so focused on keeping my line of sight with the drone I didn't notice the battery had hit 16%. I'm on an iPhone 7.

Same here on iphone 6s Plus ...i get all the other notifications like battery critical,
retuning to home , etc ..very strange

It's there on RC

Same here with iPad mini 4 - have to keep an eye on it so I can safely land before the battery goes flat.

Not for me, I have the RC and get no battery warning. All the other audible stuff is there, just not the battery low warning.

I'll check again tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I get warning.

No sound for low battery, RTH took me a little by surprise as my attention had been on the drone itself!

Another flight today using two batteries to test this again. Low battery level threshold set to 30%, I kept my eye on it and when it hit 30% there was no audible warning just the red low battery warning on the screen. It's not until it gets to critical that I get an audible warning message. Is that correct behaviour? I've not flown my Phantom 3 Standard for a while but I'm pretty certain I got an audible message at the 30% mark.

This is exactly the same behavior I get, this has to be a bug. I'm going to test it again this afternoon and contact DJI to see what they say. Again, I only have this issue with my Spark, my Mavic works perfectly.

There's supposed to be a new version of Go 4 coming out soon, some folks have reported to have already gotten it. I hope this is fixed in this version.

Sorry for everyone that is having this issue. But am also glad it is not just me!

Any word on a resolution to this? iPhone 6plus. Even with the new firmware update. I swear it used to work when I first got it. But come to think of it, I was only flying with the phone then (no rc).

Well, I use android and i have a very audible low battery warning at 30% and then at 15% "in 10 sec. AC will go to HP".Seems to be a IOS version problem...

First two flights yesterday with new updates. Still no audible low battery warning coming from the iPhone until it gets to critical. Was hoping the DJI Go update would fix this.

Same here - no audible warning - just on screen and rear status LEDS red flashing (so in the mean time look for that) - there should be an audible voice alert - maybe with option to turn on/off

However - does it come on with a Critical Low Battery warning ? (I haven't take my batts that low yet)

The low battery alarm (RC beeping) NEVER activates!
This is a pretty serious security issue in my opinion.

@DJI Is there a way to talk with the developers about this?

I have a 2017 ipad mini 4 and no audible low battery warning. I have loud clear 'the home point has been set' and 'max altitude has been reached' but only on-screen warning for low-battery. I chatted with DJI support and they couldn't help either. I have also sent an email to DJI developement, we'll see ...

IPhone 11 Pro no voice telling me landing, low battery,etc....
