Hi all,

I accidentally crashed my Spark while using the Helix function  I am getting a propeller error and will send it back for repairs under the DJI Care package.  Any idea of the turn around time for repairs?

thank you for replying.  It's with UPS and you should have it by next Tuesday.

Hi,
I tried sending you a personal message but was unable to.  I have the DJI Care refresh, but just received an email that it would cost me $496 for a replacement unit.  I thought the whole point of the program was I am entitled to 2 replacement units?
