Does DJI publish specs for payload capacity for their drones? I have a P3P and am looking to find a published document that specifies what the max payload or takeoff weight is. It is not part of the P3P specs page (http://www.dji.com/phantom-3-pro/info#specs) unless I'm missing something!

There is no payload information for the Phantom series as the platform was not designed to carry a load, other than the supplied features (camera, VPS etc.) and accessories such as prop guards.  Payload and MTOW (max takeoff weight) are useful for platforms (e.g. Inspire) where you have to supply your own camera or other equipment where the weight added is unknown.

This question was asked recently here.  The airframe can lift approximately its own weight (~1.3kg) but it will have severe stability issues.
