I struggled for past 3 days do this and still do ... need your help!

I noticed my RC for P4A has 4 different albums and they are: preview_cache, cache, DJI_Record and CACHE_IMAGE

I absolutely have no idea what the difference for each one of them. I also am unable to transfer any videos or pictures. I have an SD Card, but I have no luck to put them into SD Card. I checked my DJI App and I see nothing in there.

What am I missing? Or did I do something wrong? Please help me out.
