Hi, my Mavic arrived to CA repair facility today.  I'd really like to get it back before I leave for Vacation Aug.11, if at all possible.  I have refresh and will use my first refresh to expedite a quick return.

The designated department will take care of your case soon, I’ll keep an eye on it as well. Hope everything goes smoothly.

So far so good.  Shipped out Monday June 17, arrived Thursday June 20, and DJI confirmed receipt, and are now checking it out.

Case is progressing well

Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself.  But as it stands, My experience with DJI refresh has been as expected.  Of course I read all the information when I bought it and didn't have expectations of getting a brand new unit if, I crashed Mavic.  My new to me drone is in route and will be here in less than three weeks from case start.  If the new drone is like new I will be thrilled.  After all I was the dumbass that flew too close to a tree.  Show me another company anywhere that offers this as a service.  Simply remarkable.  Now I just hope it flies and acts like new.
