Has anyone in the last 6 months flown to Costa Rica with there drone. We leave very soon and I am planning on taking my Mavic... any words> thankyou

We see a lot of videos on youtube from Costa Rica... best to check with local laws and the airline. Same routine, pack as carry on, drain to less than 50%, put in Lipo fireproof pouch and cover the contacts with plastic cover and you should be good to go! Have fun!

I ended up not taking it... I wish i would have just didnt feel like bothering.

Any issues with the new laws requiring license for recreation drone user?  Or were you DGAC licensed?  The new law is ridiculous and I’m going in January but not after all my excitement I’m getting very scared of bringing it there and having it confiscated or fined $16000 for taking a family photo lol.
