I accidentally flew my drone into a tree, somehow broke the left rear arm. Everything else was working, gimbal, camera, other arms etc..

Just received the following quote from DJI support, they're charging me two hours for this repair. I read this thread and this DJI only quoted 1 hour for a whole lot more repair than mine: thread

I 'm disputing the invoice with them, so anyone else have similar repairs that can share with me?

Wow, I wouldn't be complaining, that's not an expensive repair bill imo.

sooooo... if the product is out of warranty, they automatically charge you 2 hours of labor. What if it is still in warranty, but it's not a warranty repair?
