i have been trying for 3 days to download and open this app,on my phantom 3 standard  it down loads but as soon as it opens it crashes it is on an android phone i have had no problums for the last two years now big trouble the date is 23/07/2017 if any body have a fix please let me know as DJI dont seam to understand the problum

What android do u use? s7 s8? Lower resolution on android to FHD reinstal apk again

What version did you download? Newer than the 3.1.18??

i am trying to open the latest app dji go i am using my samsung S3 128 gig i have reset my phone just for this app the phone is free full memory i will lower it to fhd and try again

it is 4.3 android

The first problem i see can be the RAM with 1 GB. Try to free RAM as much as possible. Stop all apps and back round tasks you don´t need to fly your bird,so you have a chance to use the DJI Go app.
If you want to be sure,switch the phone in to airplane mode and start the WIFI manually.

You suppose a device (Galaxy S3 running a version of Android v4.n 3+ years old) that has been off the DJI supported devices list for god-know-how-long have anything to do with the newest version of the DJI Go app not working?  Just saying....

i think you are right i am going to upgrade to a samsung S7, i will let the group  know if this is a fix, thank you for responding to my Problum
